Thank you for shopping with Menikaa Fashion. We take great care in selecting and providing Indian traditional clothing, jewelry, and accessories for our customers.
Please review our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing a purchase with Menikaa Fashion, you agree to the applicable terms below.
ONLINE ORDERS
Returns are accepted only on eligible products and must meet all requirements described below.
For an eligible item, you must contact Menikaa Fashion and request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unworn and unused
- Be in its original condition
- Have no stains, odors, makeup marks, damage, or alterations
- Have all original tags and labels attached
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless Menikaa Fashion determines that an incorrect or defective item was sent.
Shipping charges and other applicable costs may be deducted from the approved refund.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED
The following purchases are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges:
- Pre-order items
- Custom-ordered items
- Custom-stitched clothing
- Altered or tailored clothing
- In-store purchases
- Store pickup orders
- Sarees
- Lehengas
- Kids’ wear
- Jewelry
- Undergarments/innerwear
- Sherwanis
- Special-order merchandise
- Clearance or items specifically marked Final Sale
Please carefully check sizing, measurements, colors, designs, and other product details before purchasing a final-sale item.
Menikaa Fashion reserves the right to determine whether an item qualifies for a return based on the product category, condition, and circumstances of the purchase.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ONLINE ORDERS
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
We strongly recommend recording a clear, continuous video while opening your package and inspecting the merchandise.
If you receive an incorrect item or believe an item arrived damaged, please contact Menikaa Fashion promptly with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A clear unpacking/opening video showing the condition of the product when received
- A description of the problem
- Claims without sufficient evidence may not be approved.
Damage caused after delivery, including damage from wearing, washing, improper handling, alterations, or customer misuse, is not considered a shipping or product defect.
RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Do not send an item back without first contacting Menikaa Fashion.
To request an eligible return, please contact us with your order number and reason for the return.
If the return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Items returned without prior authorization may be refused and returned to the customer.
Customers should use a trackable shipping method when returning merchandise. Menikaa Fashion is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged while being shipped back to us.
REFUNDS
Once an authorized return is received, we will inspect the merchandise.
If the return is approved, the applicable refund will be processed according to the original payment method or another method agreed upon by Menikaa Fashion and the customer.
Original shipping charges, return shipping charges, alterations, custom-stitching fees, rush fees, and other service charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Items returned in used, worn, altered, damaged, stained, or otherwise unacceptable condition may be denied a refund.
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
Please do not return merchandise that is marked final sale or otherwise not eligible for return.
Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
Where permitted by applicable law, Menikaa Fashion may apply a restocking fee of up to 50% to merchandise returned without authorization or merchandise that does not comply with the applicable return conditions.
IN-STORE PURCHASES
ALL IN-STORE SALES ARE FINAL
Products purchased in person from Menikaa Fashion are:
NO RETURNS • NO REFUNDS • NO EXCHANGES
We encourage customers to carefully inspect merchandise before completing their purchase.
For clothing, please confirm the size, measurements, design, color, fit, and condition before purchasing.
For jewelry and accessories, please inspect the product carefully before purchasing.
Once an in-store transaction has been completed, the sale is considered final, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
ALTERATIONS & CUSTOM STITCHING
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and reviewing requested alterations or customization.
Once alteration or custom-stitching work has started, the order cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Because custom-stitched and altered garments are prepared specifically for the customer, they are considered final sale.
Minor fitting adjustments may sometimes be necessary with traditional garments. Any additional alteration requests may be subject to additional charges.
PRE-ORDERS & SPECIAL ORDERS
All pre-orders, special orders, and merchandise specifically ordered for a customer are FINAL SALE.
Once a pre-order or special order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Estimated arrival dates are estimates and may be affected by manufacturers, designers, international shipping, customs, carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside Menikaa Fashion’s reasonable control.
COLOR & APPEARANCE DISCLAIMER
Indian ethnic clothing is known for vibrant colors, embroidery, handwork, weaving, embellishments, and traditional manufacturing techniques.
Actual product colors may vary slightly from photographs due to lighting, photography, screen settings, dye lots, and manufacturing processes.
Some fabrics may release a small amount of excess dye, particularly during initial wear or cleaning. This alone does not necessarily indicate that the product is defective.
Color variations that are reasonably attributable to photography, screen display, dye lots, or the nature of the fabric are not considered defects and are not grounds for a return or exchange.
HANDMADE & TRADITIONAL PRODUCT DISCLAIMER
Many Indian ethnic garments and accessories are handmade, handwoven, hand-embroidered, hand-dyed, or produced using traditional techniques.
Because of this, minor variations may occur, including:
- Loose or extra threads
- Minor weaving irregularities
- Small variations in embroidery or handwork
- Slight dye or color variations
- Minor variations in embellishments
- Natural inconsistencies associated with handmade products
These characteristics may be part of the traditional manufacturing process and are not necessarily considered defects.
Such normal variations are not grounds for a return, refund, or exchange.
